A shrimp of a man, Billy has a keen eye for that which others miss - shapes that lend themselves to each other, the blend of sharp and unfocussed and the glory of the moment.

He has supported Thrice Nipple on our quest to date and is a valuable member of our Team. He also sports three nipples, one of which also doubles as his head.
