CuteLoony are now a full 5-piece band lead by female vocals with 12 string guitar, bass, drums and trombone. Delicious harmonies and off-beat rhythms give this progressive rocky-folk band a charm and dark nostalgia that must be heard again and again.
They’ve played at the renowned 100 club, had the opportunity to support Sian Evans from hit band KOSHEEN and have a regular slot at most ThriceNipple Events.
“I can't tell you how much I love this band. They recently headlined at my Admiration 3 event and it was, quite simply, a wonderful musical moment.” Pat Reid, Admiration 3, Bristol
“…three months too late for Glastonbury...” Steve Henwood
“Buncha’ c*nts” Marc Bacon

Kill it Kid bring together a rusting set of sincere ideals, simple melodies and a 50 year old guitar, rewiring pre-war delta blues with swaggering and brutal charm. Soulful vocal tones, a violin and a youthful energy, KiK are coining their own brand of boutique burlesque blues…enjoy! |
DJs

Our resident DJ's, Clever McNever and Tommy The Vance, play an eclectic mixture of House, Dirty Funky House, Hip-hop, Breaks, Drum and Bass, Reggae, Dancehall, Minimal Techno, Progressive House, Tech House and cross genre types that even they don't know the name for…a glorious choice of songs that'll keep you grooving… most excellent...
DJ Hoopa is a new bean to ThriceNipple and every bit exciting. His crates are loaded with too many different genres to pin this man down; expect excellent tunes from funky hip-hop to house, breaks to electro, and drum'n'bass to bone crushing death metal. Though I doubt there'll be any death metal. Big Up the Hoopa.
Oh, and there may be one or two live guitarists jammin alongside……
DJ Dom Franklyn is also new to ThriceNipple…Working alongside his protégé Clever McNever, he'll be playing the dark and dirty set towards the later hours of the night. Their set is likely to include a hefty mixture of progressive tech house, minimal techno, and the odd dirty drum'n'bass tune to loosen those hips…

Guitar-DJ Overdub:
Whilst Hoopa takes to the decks, guitarists Johny Rhys (CuteLoony), Christian Fontana and Reuben Tyghe (Port Erin), will be performing some crazy improvised subliminal funky guitar over Hoopa's mix of upbeat dance-worthy tunes. To get you dancing in a severe way...

Affiliated artist:
Live art from Sophie Morgan, Ella Medley-Whitfield and Kate Somme. Expect the unexpected...live art, using ingenuity that only these three girls can conjure, Sophie and Ella will be performing some leftfield collaboration, and Kate will be wandering around, sketching and illustrating!
